Air is introduced into the water with a venturi-type Mazzei^® Injector, and delivered to the wash basin through Turbomixer™ Nozzles.

As the produce moves through the wash, air-scouring improves cleaning and may reduce the need for chemicals in the wash.

Highly aerated water cleans more aggressively that water alone.

Wash-water remains aerobic as it travels to settling ponds or re-circulates.
