Aeration Basin Treatment with Mazzei^® Injectors

	Highly Energy Efficient Aeration Virtually Silent Operation All-Weather Operation

How it Works:

1. Water from the wastewater basin, tank, pond, lagoon etc. is pumped through High Efficiency Mazzei^®Injectors. The Mazzei^®Injector aspirates large volumes of air or pure oxygen (see case study), without the need for loud blowers or compressors.

2. The air/water mixture created by the High Efficiency Mazzei^® Injectors is discharged through patented Mazzei^® Mass Transfer Multiplier (MTM) Nozzles into the aeration basin at velocities of 15-20 ft/s, with fine bubble dispersion.

3. Due to the MTM Nozzles mixing eductor effect, the aerated water mixes with 4-5 volumes of water from the basin for every 1 volume of aerated water pumped through them.
