Typical Installations in Wastewater Treatment

    Loop Method AirJection^® System: From the recirculating pump, a PVC pipe is looped around the water basin. Individual Mazzei^® Injectors stem off from the pipe loop, and discharge down to a pair of Mass Transfer Multiplier™ Nozzles in the basin.

    Submerged Method AirJection^® System: This is a more permanent method taking advantage of deep water basins with excellent coverage. Lines with Mass Transfer Multiplier™ Nozzles off of each Injector are evenly spaced across the basin or tank. A pure oxygen generator can be easily connected to the Injectors.

    Floating Manifold AirJection^® System: The Mazzei^® Injector feeds into a single polyethylene manifold. Mass Transfer Multiplier™ Nozzles are placed at a pre-determined angle at the end of the down-runners delivering the gas-liquid mixture to the bottom of the pond.
