AIRJECTION® WASTEWATER AERATION

The Mazzei AirJection Wastewater Aeration Process is ideal for introducing ambient air or concentrated oxygen into wastewater basins, ponds or lagoons.  Treated wastewater is pumped through Mazzei® Venturi injector(s) without the need for blowers and compressors.  The resulting wastewater and air/oxygen mixture is then discharged back into the basin through Mazzei MTM Mixing Nozzles at high velocity to create a jet of micro-bubbles which continues to transfer oxygen to the bulk liquid.

PIPELINE FLASH REACTOR

The Pipeline Flash Reactor (PFR) utilizes a small sidestream passed through a patented Mazzei Venturi injector to draw in ambient air or concentrated oxygen.  The aerated sidestream is then delivered to the PFR where it aggressively mixes with the main flow, uniformly transferring the oxygen in the wastewater pipeline.  Where space is an issue, the PFR eliminates the need for post-treatment cascading systems or diffuser basins required by other technologies.  PFRs are custom designed to fit each client's application and performance requirements.
